Join us for a spectacular evening of feasting on the finest British summer produce with a guided pairing of ambrosial pours led by Filippo at Zito Wine.

Scented English gardens and bucket-and-spade trips to the seaside. This menu celebrates land and sea, home and holidays; a very British summer.

Dinner: £48 for 5 course set menu

Wine flight: +£25 (payable on the evening)

Cumbrae oyster
Oyster, burnt orange, nasturtium

Bread & butter
Wild farmed flour, whipped butter, seeds

BBQ mackerel
Cucumber, fennel, caviar

Hay baked lamb
Hogget, peas, violet artichoke

Screw ball
Raspberry ripple, bubblegum, sprinkles


Wine tasting

We will be joined by the wonderful Filippo - sommelier and wine maker, hailing from Sicily - from Zito Wine. Filippo will be guiding us through the wine flight, and whilst optional, is encouraged for the full gastronomical experience. The wine flight will be payable on the evening but please select which ticket you would like to purchase when booking.


Arrival time 

Guests should arrive for 4pm.

Free parking is available at the Longfield Centre in Prestwich.

The nearest tram stop is Prestwich, from which, The Pearl is a 5 minute walk.

Free parking is available every Sunday directly outside the restaurant on Bury New Road.
